LUNA MAYA HISTERIA SHOTING

FINALLY! i did the shooting for 3 days. what a big relieve. phew! that was quiet gained my filmmaking experience. i don't know where to start. there's lot of things to write.

Luna Maya as Farah in "Kotak Musik"/ "Music Box" a researcher, writer and a lecturer.

THE ACTOR : Luna Maya is amazed me with her acting ability and she's very smart, she's easily understand what i want. i loved her performance and love to work with her. she can capture the fear and bring it in front of the camera. her fear and sadness melted into an action, not only fear because of the ghost but also other elements of the story, her relationship with the parent and her student, Teddy. she can bring it together. i just cant blink! even i forgot to say CUT!

Krisshatta plays as Teddy, Farah's assistan.

Krisshatta was a quiet person, he rather play with his PSP rather than having conversation with me about the character. i think he's confidence enough to play the part. and he prove it. he needs to make himself confidence enough about his part. his gesture sometimes too much, and very visible. what i did is try to convince him to lower it down make it more invisible. and he did, the result was not bad. I saw TEDDY just like what i imagined.

THE SETS
I love the haunted house sets, it's really creepy. Rita Yossy is the chief of artistic department, I told her that the haunted house were not all empty, it's more like abandoned house. so there will be some furniture left. and what I love about this haunted house is the bed. look at the bed, tis is really cool!

Khiva Iskak is 2nd AD and he worked alot with Jennye, he's the babysitter for her. 

sometimes I forgot that I'm working with a 8 years old girl than a profesional actor..

"Kotak Musik" adalah film bioskop pertama gue,teaser poster ini gue iseng bikin utk ngebangkitin semangat gue. hehehe.. tebak ini mukanya siapa?

PERASAAN GUE CAMPUR ADUK. gue belum merasa smua belum maksimal dilakukan.. I need more time! persiapan satu bulan menurut gue kurang. ternyata otak gue merasa perlu bekerja dengan speed yang sedikit lebih santai. like I realy want to enjoy the process for making this movie. yah tapi gue mesti menyesuaikan diri bahwa setiap orang pun memiliki waktu kerja, terlebih mereka semua dibayar tidak dengan budget yang besar, tapi gue salut dan berterima kasih untuk semua kru yang telah terlibat di pembuatan film ini sejauh ini.I love you guys!

Tiiap departemen gue berharap udah siap dengan amunisinya masing masing. bagian dop masih mengalami kendala dengan budget kamera yang engga mencukupi. gue dah berusaha untuk mencari cara untuk bisa mengurangi budget dalam hal apa-apun. tapi gue gak mau nyerah.

Yang gue harapkan adalah gue bisa gained the skill from this project. gue bisa belajar banyak, dan permasalahan keterbatasan dana harusnya engga menjadi masalah atau membuat gue kecil hati dan engga semangat. gue tetep semangat kok!

Kriss Hatta memainkan peran "Teddy" terpilih karena karakteristik wajah yang polos dan kemampuan akting tentunya.

Ibu ini gue 'temukan' waktu kami tim HI5TERIA shooting teaser, kemudian gue melihat ibu ini...

Jennye Awuy, masih berumur 8 tahun. untuk menghemat budget wardrobe, kami menggunakan baju yang Jennye punya.

"Farah" adalah seorang dosen yang juga seorang peneliti, dia sudah menerbitkan hasil penelitiannya kedalam sebuah buku yang berjudul "There Is No Ghost".

Setelah HI5TERIA rampung semoga gue dibukakan jalan untuk mengerjakan "Mati1/2Hidup" dan "Dunia Sempit". So far skenario "Mati1/2Hidup" udah kelar draft 1nya, gue yang nulis sendiri, tapi untuk "Dunia Sempit" skenarionya dikerjakan oleh orang lain, Zarah Aryani temen kuliah gue dulu.

Final recce for "Kotak Musik" hari itu kami hanya melakukan reccee di apartemen aja, karena set apartemen adalah set yang paling banyak shotnya. final reccee ini dihadiri oleh DOP Salfero Albert, astrada 1 William Chandra, astrada 2 Khiva Iskak, Artistik Rita, manager lokasi, produksi dan sound.

Jennye itu kalem banget anaknya, suka membaca dan banyak bertanya.

Sutra Djarot juga membantu sebagai cewek yang akan digangguin sama hantu cilik yang perankan oleh Jennye Awuy.

Gesata Stella, the next big thing in Indonesian Cinema. Gesa bantu sebagai ibu hamil di teaser "Palasik"sutradara Nicholas Yudifar.
